Our chauffeurs wait for 30 minutes from the time your plane arrival*.
Note, it is very important that the airline and flight information given to us is correct for us to track your flights. We will monitor all flights. If you change planes in the course of travel, please contact us immediately at 1-844-589-7433.
Your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim for domestic flights or just outside baggage claim (arrivals hall) for international travelers. Please look for a chauffeur holding a sign displaying the passenger name. Your chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes from your plane arrival*.
If you would like to add our meet and greet service, please write us and upgrade for just $35 more.
Your chauffeur will be waiting just outside the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick up time. Please keep the passenger’s mobile phone turned on for communicating with your chauffeur. Note, our chauffeur will wait for 10 minutes past the pick-up time before leaving*.
*Please note that any additional wait times are due to the chauffeur in the amount of $35 for 30 minutes for luxury sedans and $45 for 30 minutes for SUV's and Vans. Note, Motor Coaches, Shuttle Buses and stretch limousines will be based on the contracted rate.
